Pricing for locations in Canada are the same as the United States - currency: USD, billed in USD.

Our software is offered on a subscription basis with a standard 6 month term, at the end of which the subscription auto renews unless you've given notice to cancel. You pay for the subscription on a monthly basis, although a 10% discount is offered for pre-payment. The term length and payment frequency can also be tailored to your requirements.
The subscriptions resemble a mobile / cell phone contract in that there’s an inclusive allowance of; Guests, SMS Text Messages and Calls to be used every month. If you exceed your allowance you will receive a warning, although you can continue to use the software, we will then simply meter your overage (consumption beyond your inclusive allowance) and charge for this at the prevailing overage-rates.
We can also provide a short run initial contract or include a break clause so that you only commit to a longer term when you've proven the platform fits your requirements. If your use-case is for trade shows or events we will provide a 1 month subscription.
Guests with No Phone & Tracking of Buzzers (aka Beepers / Radio Pagers)
We can add the ability to register guests who either don't have a phone with them, or don't wish to provide their number. These guests will still go via the waitlist but they won't receive any Texts or Calls. Instead you'll need to announce them, find them, or ask them to hang around possibly where they can see or hear the TV waitlist display.
You may own Buzzers and wish to retrieve some of your guests via this method, whilst still tracking them via the waitlist. The ID number of the buzzer can be entered in the waitlist to allow you to determine which buzzer to page when the time comes.
and Guest Allowance
You can optionally include a monthly allowance of Calls and/or SMS Text Messages to send to your Guests. When and how they're sent is up to you and there's a lot of flexibility, plus you can update your settings at any time and the effects are immediate.
Communication via Text or Call occurs only with the Party lead, for example: if you have a party of 5 we're only communicating with 1 person in the party, not all 5 of them. Be sure to consider this when sizing your allowance.
You may well not want any Texts or Calls and instead choose to operate the waitlist, and potentially add-ons, on a model where you only have an allowance of Guests.
How Big an Allowance?
Great question! There should be a direct correlation between you doing more business and your allowance, therefore the bigger the better. But wait, this solution is for managing peak times, so unless you're the hippest place in town you're only going to be using the Second Guest platform a few days per week. A bowling center would use the platform on: league night, dollar night and weekends for example. There may well also be some seasonality to your business too.
We can estimate the best subscription for you based on data gathered during your trial. You may also find the sweet spot with "nudges" whereby your cocktail promos work well so you suddenly want to send every guest one! Whereas incurring cost to send someone your Wi-Fi code might not be for you given it's non-revenue generating. In any event you have full control of what Texts or Calls are sent when via the Workflow Engine.
You can of course change your allowance by selecting a new subscription as your existing subscription comes to an end.
How to Buy
When you’re ready to proceed simply contact us with your requested plan; from the PDF pricing examples, by forwarding a Price Guide tool email, or advising your preferred monthly volumes for: Texts, Calls and Guests (as applicable) – along with pre-pay or pay monthly and any other special requests you may have.
We’ll provide you with an Order Form which you can either sign, scan and return, or eSign online. You’ll then receive an invoice for payment, if you prefer you may choose to receive this as a PayPal eInvoice which can then be paid online via Card or a PayPal account.
If you haven’t done so already, you’ll need to register for an account, your subscription will then be applied to your account. If you’ve taken a trial prior to placing an order the subscription will be applied to the same account so that any account configuration work you’ve done will be retained.
It's common for the inclusive allowance to be domestic only, with international Calls or Texts on a Pay as You Go basis, albeit if you have a lot of tourists who are roaming from other countries we can include an International allowance as well.
Don't want to incur charges for International Calls or Text Messages? No problem you can enable "Domestic Only" so your staff and guests won't be able to register International numbers in the first place.
Our software runs in the cloud, there are no other costs and no other pre-requisite software is required.
You can run the software on any web enabled device that has internet access such as; Tablets, EPOS systems, Computer, Laptop or Mobile / Cell phones. If none of these options are available then you may well be looking at the purchase of a dedicated tablet. The good news is a cheap Android tablet is more than sufficient to run the Second Guest platform.
