You take your order for prepared food as normal, but instead of handing out a wooden spoon or table marker, you take you customers' mobile/cell phone number. We then create an association between the order and the customer automatically.

Once the prepared food is ready, you simply press the page button and our software will work its magic - placing a call directly to their phone to advise the order is ready for collection.

On registration, push out a pleasant greeting letting them know that their food is being prepared and will be with them shortly - it's amazing customer service!

If you're experiencing longer delays than usual, the workflow engine can automatically keep your waiting customers informed and even send offers and incentives in their direction based on elapsed or actual wait time.
